The 15% retained at source is added back before the 50/50
split and then charged wholly to the A Ordinary share, so the
investors' half is calculated on the full gross figure rather than on the

30% net of VAT. The 50% success rate is a
forecast, not a measurement — only 63 of 59,299 claims have so far reached a final
decision, which is too few to measure a rate from. These are projections on
stated assumptions, not a valuation, a forecast of distributable profit, or a
promise of return. Investment figures are drawn from the company bank account
to 2026-08-13.

1,570 customers (3,584 claims) owe a fee: each cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period, with a signed agreement and dated work on file.
129 customers (303 claims) chose to reinstate their claims instead of paying: their bills are withdrawn and the claims carry on.
35 customers (99 claims, up to £3,850 at the settlement figure) are held for a member of staff before any bill: 19 have a complaint or regulatory flag on file; 6 have disputed the cancellation; 6 are flagged as vulnerable; 5 still have another live claim with us.
407 customers (827 claims) will not be billed: 30 (95 claims) cancelled inside the 14-day cooling-off period; 216 (436 claims) had no billable work on the file (or only claims that had already failed); 145 (273 claims) have no signed agreement on file; 9 (15 claims) are deceased; 7 (8 claims) were held for review and have been written off by the firm.
Every bill is withdrawn while we check if the customer tells us they did not ask us to cancel.

£75 for the first claim + £25 for each further claim. 143 notices sent so far; 0 billed after the notice ran out; 0 signed or otherwise resolved.
Of the 2,344 customers (3,595 claims) whose claims closed this way: 914 have billable
work under their agreement and get the notice; the rest are not billed (no billable work under their agreement, another
claim still live, a request still open, our requests may not have reached them, or they responded to us and have been written off).
